"It's much more serious than that."

"Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I assure you, it's much more serious than that." - Bill Shankly

In my family, this is definitely the case when it comes to the Denver Broncos. My mom and grandparents have been going to the games since 1960, the year of the Broncos' inception, and have owned season tickets since 1964. As a result, I have been a diehard Bronco fan since I was born.

I adore Bronco games. The idea that you and 75,000 other people can come to the games, forget about the world outside of the stadium and all cheer for the same common goal... That truly renews my love of people. Either way, I took this picture at the Broncos vs. Steelers preseason game (which we did, in fact, win!)

The opportunity to catch a double rainbow over Invesco Field is rather rare, considering most of the season takes place in snow season rather than thunderstorm season. Needless to say, I found it interesting to take a picture.
