These pictures are not the best quality, but I thought their compositions were decent. If I had had a better camera with me, it might have been a little bit better. Either way...
Last week, my friends Lindsey, Leslie, Katy and I went over to Southwest Plaza for a little bit of quick shopping. After we had taken Katy back home to DU, Lindsey, Leslie and I randomly came up with an idea: to stop at the Melting Pot in Downtown Littleton, hoping that they would still be open and that we could treat ourselves without spending a fortune. So, we parked near the Reinke Bros. Haunted House in Downtown Littleton, looked around there for a little while and then wandered down to the Melting Pot. We walked in, asked the manager if they were still seating and if they would serve just chocolate fondue, and turns out that they would!
So, on a spontaneous idea, there we were at the Melting Pot at 10:30 at night, eating flambéed chocolate fondue. After eating, the waiter said that we could wander around the supposedly "haunted" restaurant, even after hours! We explored for at least a half an hour... By the time we left, it was almost 11:45. It was one of those nights of laughs and memories... One that will be the majority of what will have made college worth remembering.
(Chocolate. No more description needed.)
(Yes, there are ghosts down there, Leslie.)
(99 bottles of color on the wall, 99 bottles of color...)
